Initial Production Check (IPC) is the visual inspection of products as available at the beginning of the production against Purchase Order specifications.

IPC is carried out in combination with the Final Random Inspection (FRI) and other on-line production checks.

During Production Check
Confirm product compliance during production.

During Production Check (DPC) is a visual inspection of products as available during production. DPC is carried out in combination with the Final Random Inspection (FRI) and other on-line production checks such as Initial Production Check (IPC).

As part of these multi-stage inspections, the execution of the Purchase Order is closely monitored and interim reports will keep us informed about the production progress related to the delivery terms.
